Excellent location and great transportation services. Breakfast was excellent! Only downside was that other guests wouldn’t be respectful and were very loud at times of the night.

Rooms are beautiful and spacious - came with a refrigerator, 4 burner stove, and sink. Location and proximity to everything is great! If you are staying here for immigration purposes, everything is super close by, Guardia Nacional is usually always parked outside - it felt super safe. Hotel offers shuttle services to appointments, airport, and nearby shops. We loved that they had a laundromat, super convenient. My husband and I stayed here for a week and we would recommend to anyone coming to Juarez. Would definitely stay again.

The place to stay if you are here for your immigration interview. Medical biometric consulado are walking distance and full of security. The hotel will take you to ten fiscal for free for your police report. Everyone is kind and helpful and will even make copies for you if needed. Connected to a small corner store for your snacks. They take you anywhere in a 5 miles radius that includes Walmart or restaurant. Small gym good size laundry room. Hotel is very clean. Food is delicious. Mall over the bridge walking distance. Do recommend to download the didi app if wanting to go to el centreo al Cathedral cheap affordable to get around. Do not get a taxi super expensive. Breakfast Is served till 10 . Pay day by day or your entire stay . stay would recommend in a heart beat. Surrounded by restaurants

Probably the best hotel for going to the consulate in Juarez. It’s legitimately right next to the consulate compound, you don’t have to cross any streets or anything. They have a good breakfast buffet and the make good quality food for lunch/dinner. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff was very kind. 5 minute walk to the mall.

My husband and I stayed here for a week while going through the green card process. From the moment we arrived, the staff was truly so welcoming and kind, escorting us to our room. And even as staff rotated day by day the professionalism and kindness were consistent; from the front desk worker to the breakfast staff to the shuttle driver who took us to-and-from different places in Juarez. Because this hotel is so new, the rooms are still in pristine condition. The only setback is that some rooms facing the consulate don't have a window due to safety; so if a room with a window is important for you, maybe request that at the front desk and see if there's anything available; fortunately for us there was so we got to switch rooms. Beds are comfy and AC works great. Small detail, but the body wash in the shower smells so delicious, I probably would have just used that instead of bringing my own to save space. The rooms also include a large refrigerator and stove which was really handy for us through the week. The cleaning staff also did a great job leaving the room clean and not to mention, there is a safe to keep your personal items secure when you're not in the room. If you are going to Juarez for any kind of visa and need to be close to the consulate, I highly recommend this hotel. It's worth the investment and is a 1-minute walk to the front of the consulate. Also close to the mall and plenty of restaurants. Thanks Hotel Mesa Luna Short and Long Stay for our experience. If we ever have a need to come back to Ciudad Jaurez, this will be my go-to place.

Have been in this hotel few times now, every time something new, the place keeps improving and getting better I have to say. Now they have a second location close to the American Consulate. nice breakfast in the morning, clean rooms and fresh towels all the time if you need anything, just pick up the phone an ask for it, someone will help you out right away, they also offer extra services like printing documents for you, and calling a taxi that is verify with the hotel informing them about your whereabouts. Safe and secure , highly recommended.

I can't say enough good things about this location!! Clean, friendly, comfortable, affordable, accommodating! I felt safe the entire time. Staff was truly amazing! House keep staff was super friendly. Shuttle was amazing. Breakfast was incredible every day! Do yourself a favor and just stay here to have one less worry on your mind during your process.
